See how tapeless HD cameras and decks work within a file-based workflow. Sony XDCAM HD, Panasonic P2 and HDDR recording technologies are compared. Workflow process covering acquisition, editing, and final DVD burning is covered, with HD DVD and Blu-Ray recording and display considerations discussed. HDMI, copy protection and display compatibilities and different resolutions are discussed. High definition codecs, i.e. DVCPro HD, MPEG2 HD, and HDV are compared.
