The arms define steps. If the arms are not straight during or after a step, this can make the entire step look bad. It is very important to keep the arms extended at all times. Move the Body

Flexibility is needed during the stepping process. There are times when a stepper will need to bend over to reach a certain portion of his or her body. Sometimes they will need to slap the floor. If a stepper is too stiff, they will be unable to execute the step to its utmost potential. An individual can increase the quality of there steps by adjusting their body’s more.
